3. Earn 25% of your sales every three weeks

Instead of a nine-to-five job, AVON runs on a system of commission. As a direct seller, what you earn is decided by you and the amount of time and passion you feel you can devote to your business. The more you sell, the more you earn – it’s as simple as that. How much could you earn? The 25% commission rate kicks in when you have sales of £160 or over, so if you sold £200 of products, you would earn £50 in commission. This only applies if you sell solely AVON products and not the branded products, which have a fixed discount. AVON will automatically give you 20% commission on your first campaign. After the first campaign, if you have orders of £87 and above you will earn 20% commission. Orders of £160 and above will achieve the maximum commission rate of 25%. When you own your own business, your earning potential is nearly limitless, and with AVON, you have multiple ways to earn. No qualifications, sales experience or transport is necessary to become an AVON rep, but enthusiasm and a big smile will help you go far. And you can join AVON with no up-front cost!

If you love people, want to get to know your neighbours and make new friends, then AVON is for you. One of the most popular and effective methods to sell AVON products is door to door or by hosting parties at customers’ homes. Social media is a great way to direct customers to your online shop.

Selling AVON is simple – just share your brochures and online shop with friends, family and colleagues, take your customers’ orders, deliver their orders and collect payment.

When you become a Dawn’s Dream Team rep, you will receive all the training and support you will need to open your online store, run your business, and find, serve and retain your customers. Dawn’s Dream Team also has its very own dedicated online training hub and Representatives Facebook page so training will be available at your fingertips.

How do I apply to become an AVON Representative?

​Fill in your details and you will be contacted in 24 hours to set up either an appointment at home or a video call via Facebook Messenger, Skype or any other free video messaging platforms. You need to be over the age of 18 and have photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, plus proof of address. If you don’t have photo ID or access to video call, we can visit you at your home.

At the appointment, we will give you an appointment pack that currently includes two brochures, order forms, how to guide, first look brochure and AVON rewards leaflet (contents of appointment pack subject to change). You will also receive your welcome letter, which includes all your key information, such as your account number, order and delivery dates. We will give you your own AVON store details and information on how to set it up, which takes five minutes. You can earn straight away sharing your link with family and friends all over the UK on social media.

You will also be able to choose if you would prefer to be a friends and family representative or if you would like to cover streets and roads in your local area, or both.

You will also have the opportunity on registration to order your AVON kit, which is sent directly from AVON to you.

After a few campaigns, you may want to earn more and recruit others to AVON by building your very own team of AVON representatives. Become a Sales Leader and you can earn up to £16,000 on the Fast Track programme in your first year.

Dawn’s Dream Team will provide you with all the skills on how to find your customers by selling door to door and online through your website and social media. You will learn how to build up a loyal customer base using our advice, tips and ideas.

How to serve your AVON customers

A key part of your training will be how to give your AVON customers the highest possible levels of service. You will learn about AVON’s values, ethics and guarantees as well as how to use AVON samples. You will also learn some fantastic sales techniques from Dawn’s Dream Team Sales Leaders.

Dawn’s Dream Team will show you how to gain your customers’ trust and loyalty, ensuring they buy from you again and again. Learning how to become a reliable Representative is key as it will lay solid foundations for your future sales and earnings potential.
